Delivery Times

At Golfweek Store, we use standard shipping for all of our orders. Standard shipping generally takes 7-10 business days for delivery.

Shipping Costs

At Golfweek Store, we offer free standard shipping for orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.50.

Order Processing

At Golfweek Store, we make every effort to process your order quickly. Generally, orders placed before 2:00 pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will ship the following business day.

Shipping Carriers

At Golfweek Store, we use a variety of carriers to ship our orders. We use USPS and UPS to deliver our orders.

Order Tracking

At Golfweek Store, we provide order tracking numbers for all orders. You can track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Return Shipping

At Golfweek Store, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

The safety of our employees is a top priority. With COVID precautions in place an unprecedented demand in the market, we are experiencing delays in order fulfillment on many of our products.

While we are building golf clubs as quickly as possible without sacrificing our famous quality standards, we recognize that many items are facing an extended lead time.

Since 1994 we have confidently backed our products with high-quality standards and want you to receive the best golf club possible. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Current Lead Times may vary from 4-6 weeks before shipment.

GolfWeekStore has recently partnered with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions.

Route offers first-rate shipping insurance with seamless claim filing for various shipping issues. Selecting Route at checkout will protect your order from damage, loss, or theft.

By deselecting package protection, Golf Week Store is NOT liable for lost or delayed orders, stolen packages, or items damaged in transit.

Customers may select USPS or FedEx, where services are available.

If you choose USPS, and your order is not showing movement within tracking, please get in touch with your local post office for more accurate information or call USPS at +1 201 500 2798.

Calling the National number usually takes longer than calling your local post office. If your package is marked as delivered, but you do not see it, check with your neighbors first, then contact your local post office or FedEx as soon as possible.

Due to COVID-19, there has been an increase in lost and delayed packages, and we highly encourage using Route+.


Our standard shipper is UPS. UPS only accepts physical addresses, not P.O. Boxes. Please choose Priority Mail if you wish to ship to a P.O. Box or APO.

We do not ship on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

We are currently experiencing delays on engraving orders. Engraving orders typically have a 3-day lead time before shipping. The current lead time is three weeks.


Additional import taxes, customs duties, and fees may be due upon delivery. The recipient must fulfill additional charges for customs clearance.

At Golfweek Store, we do not currently offer international shipping.
